The Talon Academy was a Cyclonian training facility constructed by the Cyclonians; in conjunction with an propagandist recruiting program, the Academy endeavored to increase their ranks. The academy contains Cyclonian propaganda which aims to attract potential students into joining the Cyclonian Empire.
Its only appearance was in the episode of the same name, where the Storm Hawks (particularly Aerrow, Piper and Radarr) infiltrated the academy as freshmen and discover the plot to use the cadets to invade Terra Tranqua. The academy appears to be headed by Snipe, who was appointed as a drill instructor. The academy was eventually closed and replaced by the Sky Knight Academy, constructed by the Rebel Ducks with Starling heading the Academy.
